The goal,
To make the Voron afterburner more stable and accessible to any printer user with the upgrade of only a single linear rail on the X-axis converting the printer to a fully working no original carriage required system.

Crafted to be compatible with Clockwork 1 and 2. While designed for a Creality printer it should work on any printer with an under-mounted belt vs the front-mounted belt of standard versions.
Updated the wiring management system adding the stock current afterburner cut in for wire management from the hot end, split the block in half to make it easier to print added two additional strengthening points and a key for alinement, the two additional screw-down points should be fixed in place with nut and bolts this will reinforce the plate and allow for easier maintenance.
Added the maxium amount of material on the underside of the rail to the max clearance allowed without moving the endstop location.
The touch mount has been reworked for supportless printing, the holes are sized for 2 heat-set inserts.

Not mentioned in the original an X-limit switch stand-off is required for the switch to trigger file included.

In an effort to make the Band easier to print I have gone ahead and subdivided up the parts into more manageable pieces that should print cleaner with less support.

Included are two new Cuffs a solid half that can be printed in hard plastic, or made with flexible fimanet for a wearable half, and a second version that is a shelled out version to be filled with some kind of padding but still give you a clean outer look. 

I liked the original idea but the part seemed a bit rough with the low poly edges and was missing a few details, The model tolerances should allow for easy press fits on a .4nozzle. pieces ready for assembly printed the innermost band is 40MM wide. Please use this to calculate the size you need the band to be.

Can be resized a bit if, I created this to be similar but not identical to the original voltron shield with some added details and a larger scale to more closely match the figures size.

Update - Added Sword and shield both objects would be best printed on DLP for most detail note that accessories will contain more detail then originals this is an artistic choice and are generally designed off of full scale props. The shield bubble can be printed but would be best done from a casting or simply blue tinted resin pour into the shield.

Update - I will be loading these all into fusion 360 to perform tolerance testing, as well as look into hardware replacing some of the plastic pegs due to strength issues, I will also refine some of the details to reflect the actual toys however each lion takes around 20-30 hours or work to replicate all the engravings and ensure functionality with parts. All future models will be made printable working replica of my personal originals.

1:1 scale replica lion parts for Matchbox Voltron cats, these parts will not work as replacement parts for existing models but I may do such if there is a demand. Pegs will need to be glued/set in place. Movement restriction is placed on the front legs as in the actual toys as well as re-pegged parts. The rounded top pegs are for the feet and others for the upper legs. Parts should print on most any printer with less clean up and separation required. 

More part remixes to come.

Blue lion Details - Blue lion parts are currently non functioning that is to say it does not mimic the toy having issues with the separation of the body but I hope to upload a fully working version with raising back panel and head panel soon and back key to allow for eventual black lion to fit into it.

Vontrol III Cats 1984 Matchbox - With Accessories

Custom designed to replace a broken or misplaced Flaming Voltron 1981 diecast toy Sword. But Should work for any voltron lion set from the era.

Sword exact size is undetermined (if you have one tell me) judging from photos I believe it's roughly 7" long however I have uploaded 3 sizes 6, 6.5, and 7"

Best Printed on a Resin Printer.

If done on MDF print directly standing up with a raft at slow speed highest resolution printer is capable of some and with .2 or smaller nozzle. 

I will be posting a print done at 50 microns with a .4 nozzle and a resin print for comparison.
