This is a trophy I entered in a contest for an engineering award cerimony. It was made to be 3d printed with SLS which is why its so complicated but im testing it right now on my bambu lab x-1. It surprisingly didnt need a lot of supports. I  left a blank face so it would be easy to modify.


NOTES: autogenerate tree supports, 4 walls, inn/outer wall sequence, 25 degree threshold, 15 percent infill gyroid, support on build plate only, critical regions only

11hr print on .5 speed.

P.s. If I wake up to spaghetti I may not update this post but I will try to remember to take a picture and add it to the files

This is only 2mm thick. I just made it as a visual so i can change the materials. I dont  have photoshop so I need to make things in F360 and snap them. take it if you want. I doubt it will print well but I may remake If i get requests

This is V1 of the modular knife holder. Testing for fitment of case before I move further.  Probably should have made two as a test print now that im thinking of it. lol RIP. Hindsight is 20/20 i guess. the idea would be to slap a few of these together and then put them in one hardbox maybe. i could also print end pcs to lay flat against the sides of the box. You could have a 3x3 block of these with 9 knives and make one base or box for them and a small handle. Then make a civivi group, crkt group, benchmade group etc

This started as a DXF For my laser engraver that I extruded and editied a bit. I needed  a rendering to send to the customer. this is V5 or something that they finally liked. I dont think i ever made it. they didnt respond. so now its on thangs!

Someone saw a sign similar to this on etsy and wanted their own. I found a horse shoe dxf and a horse dxf that looked similar and extruded them.

Georgia Ornament

This is the case for my Civivi Elementum Gold carbon fiber inlay knife.  My plan is to 3d print a modular holder so as I get more knives I can slide them together. This is a replacement to the $170 Pelecan case. Depending on the popularity of this I may start doing more things. I also want to add names to the holders so I know which knife is which. Wish me luck and use any of my models for whatever project you may have
