Mind Flayer, is the epitome of cosmic horror made flesh. To behold one is to feel the icy grip of absolute, unnatural malice. They stand with a chillingly slender and unnatural grace, their bodies covered in slick, mauve or lavender skin that seems to absorb light. Their frame is vaguely humanoid, yet their head is where the horror truly blossoms. It is a grotesque, elongated helm topped with a ridged, brain-like skull, dominated by four thick, glistening tentacles that writhe and twitch around a lamprey-like mouth filled with rows of rasping teeth. Their eyes are milky white or silver, utterly devoid of warmth, reflecting only a cold, calculating intelligence.
