So I modelled this V1, the hinge is quite thin, so it may not hold up for a very long time, but it does the job. I may make a V2 to improve that specifically

I included 4 tube spaces so you can add in negative spaces for magnets if you got any, unfortunately they're sized for 8mm diameter magnets or smaller. I also left a gap in the case if you got a magnet tape so you can stick it in there to hold all the replaceable knives.
