Mug Trap: Self-Adjusting Coaster

Catch your drink into a trap! This is mostly print-in-place, self-adjusting coaster, that needs NO supports. CHECK QUICK DEMO VIDEO ”Mostly” because mechanism, body and chain are Print in place, the only printed separately part is the oval pad, which you need just put on top of the main body.

Clearance between moving parts is very big, so every printer should print this design without any problem.

The Trap Coaster automatically adjusts to the size of the object, it can grip both a large mug and a standard aluminum can.

• No Supports
• Moslty print-in-place (pad is printed separetely)
• 4-3 walls (0.4-0.6[mm] nozzle)
• 40[%] infill
• For using with hot drinks I suggest use additional thin cork pad or print “pad” file with a heat resistance material.
