Designed with generous tolerances to ensure your gears mesh perfectly without frustrating jams. Consist Two types of involute gears and its respective wrench, choose either one or print both.

🛠️ Recommended Print Settings: To get the smoothest mechanical rotation right off the print bed, use these settings; Filament: Standard PLA, Silk PLA (highly recommended for a shiny metal look), or PETG/ABS for slightly more flexible, durable pins. Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm (thinner layers ensure the teeth and tracks glide smoothly). Wall Loops / Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls for strong, durable jaw tracks. Infill: 15% to 20% Gyroid infill. Supports: Depend on model's orientation and setup! Designed to print as minimal support as possible. Post-Print Tip: A single drop of mineral oil, lubricant, or dish soap on the inner gears will make the jaw movement incredibly satisfying and buttery smooth.
