Multi-Device Holder-Wedge Station Hub

📐 Design Concept The core concept behind the Wedge Station Hub is maximal organization in minimal space.

  • 5-Tier Structure: The hub is structured into five distinct tiers, providing generous slots to keep multiple devices—from smartphones and tablets to small desktop gadgets—neatly in place.
  • Optimal Viewing Angles: Each tier is thoughtfully designed with a different height, creating a subtle, graduated wedge shape. This not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also provides optimal viewing angles for all devices, whether you're using them actively or simply keeping an eye on notifications.
  • Cable Management Integration: While the Wedge Station Hub doesn't charge devices itself, its clever design allows for seamless integration with your existing chargers. The structure inherently helps keep cables tidy and accessible. Users can simply place their devices in their designated slots and feed their own charging cables through, streamlining the charging process without the mess of tangled wires.
  • Versatile Placement: The design is optimized for a stationary flat surface, making it perfect for desks, nightstands, or kitchen counters. (Recommended for FDM 3D Printing) To ensure a sturdy and functional print of the Wedge Station Hub, the following settings are recommended:
  • Material: PLA (Polylactic Acid) is generally suitable for its ease of printing and rigidity.
  • Layer Height: 0.2 for a good balance of speed and detail.
  • Infill: 15% minimum to provide sufficient strength without excessive material use. A Monotonic rectilinear or grid pattern is recommended.
  • Shells/Perimeters: Minimum of 4 walls for increased structural integrity, especially around the device slots.
  • Supports: Generally not required due to the tiered, self-supporting design, which minimizes overhangs.
  • Raft/Brim: A Brim is optional to improve bed adhesion, especially for the largest base area. 🛠️ Assembly Tutorial The Wedge Station Hub is designed for minimal to no assembly, depending on the final design file structure (e.g., if it's printed as one piece or two interlocking pieces)
