This is a simple design of a small plant starter pot that allows you to fill a cavity in the bottom with water to keep the soil moist for over a week ensuring that your new seeds or seedlings never go dry.
This is an original design and not remixed but I've see similar pots out there from which I took inspiration. Apologies for not giving specific credit.
This print consists of 2 parts: the pot and the insert. I've printed several of these and they've all been water-tight, but (of course) print and use at your own risk. Here are my print settings:
(PrusaSlicer 2.3) Layer Height: .2 mm First Layer: .2 mm Vertical shells--perimeter shells: 2 minimum Horizontal shells--solid layers: 5 top, 4 bottom Ensure Vertical Shell Thickness (selected) Infill: 15% (DOESN'T MATTER as the shell settings and thickness should ensure 100% infill regardless)
