Dr. Victor Gideon is the main antagonist of the 2026 survival horror game, Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth installment of Capcom's Resident Evil franchise. He is a former employee for the Umbrella Corporation who served as a researcher for the Tyrant Project.

He later purchased a medical facility formerly owned by Oswell E. Spencer to continue his clandestine research in secret after Umbrella's dissolution and became obsessed with discovering the elusive "Elpis" coming across his research. Working with The Connections, Gideon sought out Elpis as a means of enacting Spencer's eugenicist legacy and vision for the world.

He was voiced and portrayed in motion-capture by Antony Byrne. In the Japanese dub, he was voiced by Yutaka Aoyama.
