Sliding Cleat Style connector that utilizes the 'Big Thread' holes on Multiboard tiles. This BigThread remix is designed with a unique Octagon Inset making use of any of the Multiboard Push Fit Hooks or Push Fit Pegs as a screw driver. SlideCleat Mid Thread Version is also available

Printing Instructions

Connector should be printed with the flat side at the bottom of the thread down. Print using 3 walls for structural integrity with at least 20% infill. I personally use either Grid or Gyroid as my infill pattern.

Remixing for your own models

Use the SlideCleat for Multiboard connector with any of your own designs! You will just need to use the SlideCleat Negative STEP files provided here and subtract them from your model. These are designed specifically for this connector in a way that provides a snug and secure hold at the end of the cleat insert.

There are 2 different STEP file versions:

1. SlideCleat Regular Connect NEGATIVE for Multiboard: This version is used when sliding your model down from the bottom of your model. 2. SlideCleat Quick Connect NEGATIVE for Multiboard: is designed so you can slide your model on the cleat from 25mm below its resting position.

Use the "SlideCleat" and "MultiBoard" Tags in your remixes for others to find
