Stochastic (/stəˈkæstɪk/): randomly determined; having a random probability distribution or pattern that may be analyzed statistically but may not be predicted precisely.

Hearts (/hɑːrts/): also randomly determined and may not be predicted precisely.

This “Stochastic Heart” is part of a set of three. I invite you to remix these files into your own unique gifts or sculptures. Be sure to upload the file as a remix and tag me on social media so I can share your creations!

See below for links to other models in the set. Measurements indicate width at the widest point of the heart:

Small (60mm): https://social.thangs.com/m/658739 Medium (85mm): https://social.thangs.com/m/658740 Large (100mm): https://social.thangs.com/m/658741

Print as oriented with the point down. I recommend raising the model 3mm off the surface and adding tree supports to the bottom third or so. The models have been optimized to reduce the number of overhangs as much as possible, but there are some small unavoidable overhangs and angles that might need a bit of cleanup afterwards with a file.
