A similar model is also available for Bambu Lab AMS: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/dual-ams-roll-out-stand
It is designed to hold two Ace-pros and features:
- A roll-out base for the bottom Ace;
- A build plate holder which can be installed on either side;
- A modular tool tray to hold cutters, scrapers, filament clips and much more
- No external hardware is needed except for a few screws to attach the Ace-pro.
- Quick and easy to assemble - the parts are designed to lock together and be glued together (see instruction gif)
- Easy to print - little to no support is needed.
- customizable
The top shelf is contoured to fit the bottom of the Ace and screw holes are provided to further secure the Ace on the top shelf.
Rollers with 4 wheels each are provided for the bottom Ace to enable it to roll in and out when you need to change the filament.
The top sign and sides feature the Anycubic logo.
The parts are snug fit but it is preferable to glue the stand parts for added rigidity.
You will need Eight no. 6 wood screws 3/4 inch long (3.5 mm dia by 18mm length) to mount the rollers onto the ACE and to screw the top Ace to the top shelf (optional). See the included picture these are wood screws not bolts.
Version 2 features:
-
Added a U-shaped support bar at the rear. It is installed using the 3 pegs. All you need is to insert them and glue them in place.
-
Added dovetail slots on the top parts (left and right). I designed a modular tool tray which can be mounted on either side. It is free to download on Makeronline (link: https://www.makeronline.com/en/model/Add-on%20tool%20tray%20for%20Dual%20Ace-Pro%20Stand/149601.html)

- If you want the build plate stand you can simply print the bottom side you want it on.
- If you want the U-shaped rear support you will need to print the rear support, pegs and the two bottom sides.
- The roll-out tray is unchanged

Assembly
An assembly gif is provided. A zip file with the pictures and assembly instructions used in the assembly gif is also provided. Version 1 and Version 2 are very similar.
Assembly is quick and simple. A number of parts are mirrored so be careful when printing.
If you have any questions or issues, please let me know.

Hi Nick. I have just added the print profile for the V1. V2 had replaced V1 and that is why I had not uploaded the V1 parts. With V2 you no longer need the base as stated above. I added a U shaped brace to the sides to dispense with the base. However, should you wish to use V1 the print setting is there. I recommend V2 but that is your choice. Thank you for your support and let me know if you have any other questions.
the base plate models are not in the files can you please supply or add it . Checked the 3mf and the individual files in the v2 zip folder there not there . There i no V1 folder in the download .
