Layer Height .2mm for smoothest operation .3 works fine though.
Material considerations: Parts of this model are only 2 walls thick. Warping might need to be considered when picking a material. If it will be stored someplace hot, or humid choose materials that will not be adversely affected.

A simple cosplay item. The Rune of Pursuit in a hexagonal ring to represent the Greyhawk god of liberty, Trithereon.

The specific acrylic gems these were designed for can be found

The triangular ones often have a bit of a bur on them that might need to be trimmed for good fit.

Print Settings:
Layer Height: .15mm
2-3 walls
The symbol STLs are preoriented for printing. The gem pockets are NOT symmetrical. The one on the bottom is a bit deeper to account for a little sag on the bridging.
Depending on how well your printer is calibrated these may just slot into the beveled cuts. If not, you'll need to glue them in. 

Material Considerations:
Silver or gold silk PLAs look nice for this. I don't have tools nor materials for metal plating. If anyone gives that a try, let me know.

Holy Symbol of Trithereon: D&D Greyhawk

A multi material model of a Luxury ball. Works best with a printer that can use four colours.

Print Settings:
Layer Height .2mm
Supports need to be turned on with a support enforcer on the flat inside the ball. The button cut has a custom support in it. 

For single colour printing just import all the pieces as a single object. Slicer settings are identical.

Pokemon Luxury Ball

These models function as a 3D printable replacement to the shell on Dillon Precision's Early Warning System.

Bill Of Materials
You'll need 4 M4 Tapered Brass Heat Set inserts. Scavenging the old inserts from the broken shell will probably work too.
4M4x20mm Button Head screws. If you scavenged the inserts from the old case, use the original screws.

Print Settings:
Layer Height .2mm
Supports are required for the lever arm

Material Considerations.
Virtually anything is better than the cottage cheese the original shells were made from. PLA works fine.

Want to make a new alarm?
You'll need a switch that dimensionally matches a Cherry D42LR1AA 3A 125/250VAC microswitch configured to be normally open, a 1.5v buzzer, and a spring battery contact. 
Solder the red leg of the buzzer to the switch output and the black leg to the battery contact. You'll need to clip the normally closed contact if your switch has one. The normally open contact will need to be bent ~45 degrees to fit in the shell.
Place the components in the shell and put a AAA battery in. One of the Switch legs acts as the positive battery terminal.

Dillon Precision Primer Runout Alarm Shell

These pins act as a printable replacement for the plastic pins used with the small and extra small powder bars used in Dillon Precision progressive reloading presses.

Print Settings:
Layer Height .2mm or less
Walls 4+

Material Considerations:
The material needs good layer adhesion for the vertical pin. If you're concerned about the tip breaking off due to poor layer adhesion, use the horizontal pin.

Dillon Precision Powder Bar Pin

A simple wrench with lanyard ring for adjusting Dillon Precision progressive reloading press powder bars.

They've used a handful of different bolt heads over the years. Might need to scale it a bit for your particular powder bar.

Print Settings:
Layer Height .2mm
Walls 4+
Infill 30% gyroid

Material Considerations
Pick something rigid. PLA works fine in my testing

Dillon Precision Powder Bar Wrench (11mm Bolt head)

These tips work as a 3D Printable replacement for the pickup and magazine tips used in the Dillon progressive reloading presses. These tips will function with Small Primers.

Printing Instructions:
Layer Height: .2 or less
Detect Thin Walls needs to be on.
No Supports

Material:
These are a bit delicate. The magazine tip in particular since it needs to fit into a larger assembly. Choose something that has good layer adhesion and can flex a little. The overhangs in both models benefit from strong cooling.

Dillon Precision Primer System Tips (Small)
