A case for the XYS3580. It supports Anderson PowerPole connectors out of the box. Rear fan design to help with venting any heat. It has room for a 24v switching power supply.
I've included a F3D and STEP file for those who want to make their own mixes.
I had to install thermal pad on my regulator, somehow it didn't have any installed!
You will need: 12x M3 Screws. 12mm length.
4x M3 nuts
1x 40mm 5v fan, or 24v.**
1x XYS3580* (Amazon, Not affiliate link)
1x 24v power supply. (Amazon, Not affiliate link)
*- You can use any regulator that fits. Face opening is 39mm x 72mm.
** - I split the fans to run on the regulator fan output. You might want a fan that matches the power supply voltage, so it always runs when on to help cool the power supply.
Print the following: Front Plate x1 Back Plate x1 Case x1 Clamp x4

I needed Anderson connectors, so I originally started to make only a back plate. Fast forward, and I made a whole dang case.
I will expand on this project more to support additional connectors on the front, and add A/C cable and switch to the rear.
You can use the F3D and STEP files to make your own versions to support which connectors you need.
Happy printing.
