Zonestar P802QR2 Large Motherboard Enclosure for 120mm Fan

This is a Motherboard enclosure for the Zonestar P802QR2.

I am still having some extruder shifts with my current fan\enclosure so I decided to design a much more spatially generous motherboard enclosure to accept a 120mm diameter stock fan.

The eclosure includes removable port shutters so therefore you should not have to disconnect anything whilst installing ( unless to tidy up cables).

The enclosure is mounted to the same fixing points and standoffs supplied with the Zonestar. The design incorperates separate offset standoffs to centrally position the motherboard within the enclosure. This allows much more room for cable management around the board. You will require 4 additional M3 x10 plus nuts to fix the motherboard within the enclosure.

Printing:

1.All 3 things should print without support but I applied some custom supports to the Lid retention rtabs and the motherboard mounting bosses to provide cleaner details. 2.Printed at 0.2 resolution with 20% infill minimum.

Installation Hint:

1.Insert M3 nuts in bosses prior to installation of enclosure.

2.Insert cable ties into slots in the bottom of the enclosure prior to mounting on the frame.
