This is a Toilet Paper Holder that works with a spring. You will need about a 4-inch spring, something like this:

You will also need 3 M3 Screws to hold in place wherever you would like to place it.

The Cap is a tight fit, so it does not come flying off when in use; insert the spring on the bigger end and press the cap in. You can take the cap out if needed to replace the spring or make modifications.
