Trump Tower.stl

It's the famous Trump Tower in New York City.  Possibly up for sale soon, the Trump Tower is an impressive design and a historic building.  It was the first skyscraper in New York City in which a woman (Barbara Res) was in charge of construction.  She led the project successfully, satisfying both the demands of the owner and the city itself.  

The building is a compromise in design.  The city and the Trump organization were at odds, and eventually it was agreed that the first floor would be a public plaza, and to satisfy foliage concerns, they planted trees on the exterior of the building on the giant steps that make up much of the lower fourth of the building.

And If you've been saving your money you just might be able to buy the real thing if it comes up for sale in the near future.

Filament changes to achieve the desired result. Printed with .2mm layers. Can be scaled up for a plaque, I would keep Z at 7mm even for a plaque.
I used .3mm width top layer and ironed the topmost surface.

Printed with HobbyKing sky blue, PLA Pro blue, cc3d flame orange and generic white.

I love New York!  This is my photo of the Statue of Liberty and a fun "postcard" in HueForge.
I experimented with silk filaments for my print, but kept standard for the instructions.  Use your imagination!

World Trade Center.stl

Never forget!  

This is the former World Trade Center that was destroyed on 9-11, 2001.  For years it was a prominent part of the New York City Skyline.

Now it's a 3D model.  I designed this a few years ago and I want to share it.

The tower on the left is supposed to have a spike on top.  You can design one and attach it or drill hole in the top for it.

This is an important piece of American history.  3D print it with respect and remembrance of all the people we lost on that tragic day.
