I printed mine with just a little organic support under his nose and muzzle, and it came out great.

Saturn Lithopanes

Hey,
these are Saturn Lithopanes for you to remix.
There are different sizes 75 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 175 mm, 200 mm, 225, mm and 250 mm on there.
It's designed for an FDM printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle. You may be able to print this with bigger nozzles, if you use the layer height and width I recommend.
Print settings:
Domes are quite hard to print. I never printed this as a whole, I always cut it into pieces first.
Layer Height 0.2 mm
Layer Width 0.4 mm
No supports.
I always decrease the speed at the top of the dome (when the bridging occurs) to 50%. You can do this in Cura using the extension post-processing.
I use standard white PLA for these. If you are unsure if your filament works, just shine through the walls of the print with your phone lamp at something like 10% print completion. You should see the Lithophane effect.
I also included the ring, but it's for the 150 mm version. Scale it appropriately to use on other versions, Here is an example: 50mm is 3 times smaller than 150mm so scale the ring 0,3333.
