Orbea Orca Transverse GoPro-style Mount v1.stl

Love how the engineers at Orbea decided to only make a mount that orients properly with the Garmin insert rather than the Wahoo insert (otherwise requiring a 90° adapter). So I took matters into my own hands! Made the base from scratch on Fusion 360 and mashed up the GoPro mount from SebSerag https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4760306. Printed in PLA+ on an Anker M5, weighs 4g without fasteners.

Confirmed compatibility:
COMP HOLDER F/PLATE OC CM-02 R2
Should be compatible with all other Orbea 2021 Model Year mounts for Wahoo


Parametric Bike Handle

This is a parametric handle for a bike. It can be easily be customizable in Autodesk Fusion 360, so it will fit every handlebar.
 
**Modification instructions**

1. Open .f3d file in Fusion 360.
1. Open Change Parameters window.
1. Edit Diameter and Length values under Favorites parameters.
1. Export created Bike Handle body as a mesh object.

**Recommended print settings**

- layer height: 0.2 mm
- infill: 10% gyroid
- perimeters: 2
- solid layers: 6
- avoid crossing perimeters: yes
- supports: no


Avoid crossing perimeters (combing) should be enabled to prevent unwanted stringing inside. Print it as it is - on the closed side.

For this kind of application, printing with TPU or other soft filaments is recommended.

**TPU Wall Mounted Road Bike Stand**

This bike stand is designed to support a road bike with 700mm x 20mm tires. It mounts to the wall or in my case a table leg with two #10 flat head screws.
