Ender 3 Pro Business Card Holder

Modified a design by Qwervy https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2063412 to mount to the v slot on the ender 3 and ender 3 pro.

The printer will only go to 235 height without touching cutters in the holder. If you don't do tall prints it shouldn't be a problem.

I printed with the top facing down on the print bed with a raft for better adhesion because of the small surface area especially with rounded edges(Optional).

This is an Ender Series logo of the dragon along with the number 3 showcasing the Ender 3 Series of Printers (Ender- 3/Pro/V2/S1). 
Indeed a good cosmetic add-on for anyone who has these printers.

I designed and printed this for my Ender 3 V2 and placed it onto the Aluminum Profile with the help of these inserts that slide into the profile slots:

I made this because I prefer the way Filboyt's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2917932) connects to the frame, as it doesn't obstruct any other accessories. However, it does create a lot of friction, so I combined it with Tomaskom_cz's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575) filament guide.

Brush:
I used a cheap harbor freight brass brush and cut the handle off. Don't use a bristle type that is harder than your nozzle, aka steel brush with brass nozzle.

 

Notes:
You will need to slide your display over to accommodate the holder, you can either relocate the display or simply move the display mount over by one screw slot.

A minimal storage are for the necessary tools needed for your printer. Has storage for a USB drive, Hotend Cleaner, Spatula/Scraper, and tweezers.

The print uses a small piece of foam that came with the printed for the hotend cleaner. The foam is used to store the hotend cleaner and to keep a snug fit for the storage piece and PSU.
If you do not have the foam you can use a piece of cloth. 
The spacing for the PSU is a little larger than need in order to fit the foam/cloth for a snug fit, if you do not have foam, you can fold a piece of paper and place it there or downsize this area of the print.

I wanted a handle for my printer bed but was disappointed that all of the options that I found could cause bed leveling problems.

This handle does not touch the springs and instead grips on the shape of the y axis plate.

Each handle also needs a clip to ensure that it does not come off. Line up the bump on the clip with the cut in the handle piece.

There are left and right handles with the option for bed up and down arrows on the handle or without and just blank.

I made the tolerances as tight as I could and the handles seem to be solid for me and don't move around when attached. Can loosen slightly over time but does not affect functionality.

Keep 2 Spools of filament on your printer. This replaces the small ring that holds the single one on the mounting bracket. Works perfectly on my Ender 3 Pro.

I designed this quite a while ago when I got a FilaDrier to keep fiberglass nylon filament printable. 
I made it so I could keep the drier and printer together, essentially replacing the included spool holder.
I made this for my Ender 3 Pro, but it should fit on any 20mm aluminium extrusion.

This STL is a component of the Hero Me Gen7 Printhead assembly for 3D printers.

**Hero Me Gen7 is a modular printhead platform for 3D printers with excellent part cooling and the most compatibility across printers, hotends, extruders, ABLs, and other components.**


 The Hero Me Gen7 is all about choice and personal preference. If you have been upgrading your 3D printer, you've made choices about what is important to you, Your choices are likely going to be different from everyone else. When choosing a hotend, extruder, and ABL combo (not to mention fans and accelerometers), where are you going to find a printhead platform that will accommodate all your selected components (which could be a rare combo), for your specific 3D printer AND provides part cooling that gives you great print results. **This is what the Hero Me Gen7 is all about!**


Think of the Hero Me platform as lego blocks for printheads, there are mounting parts for each component (hotend, extruder, fans, ABLs, etc.) that stack and mount to a core Base. Component specific mounting parts can be interchanged for another of the same type. So, should you change your component selection(s) in the future, you do not have to start over, you simple replace the single STL mount that is matched to the new component. There is no need to yet again go looking for a new set of mounting hardware that was not likely to have been designed to work with each other in the first place.


So to give you choice and fulfill your personal preferences in 3D printing, the Hero Me Gen7.3.2 now supports over 100 3D Printer models (plus clones), 46 Hotends, 34 Extruders (over 45 mount options), 17 ABL Sensors (34 mount options), 35 Part Cooling Duct options, 12 Cable Management options, 11 ADXL345 mounts, and 4 LED bar mounts (among many other options). Gen7.3.2 supports most of the popular 3D printers and components available. 


If you know your 3D printer model, hotend, fans, and optionally an extruder, ABL sensor, ADXL345 accelerometer (for Klipper), and any other options for your printhead assembly, you can scan through the Hero Me Gen7 Release 3.2 folder, or use the Thangs Advanced Search.  Be sure to set the creator filter to: ‘MediaMan3D’ then search for ‘HMG7’ which should bring up all the STLs. You can refine your search from there by component, brand, etc.

I don't even remember when I designed these.
I know I used to keep my printer on a yoga mat so it would make less noise before I did all the silent mods. The printer would sink into the yoga mat, barely letting the bottom fan breathe. Don't really need them anymore, but I still use them.

They are designed to fit into the included rubber feet on the Ender 3 Pro.
Since there is only one model, you'll need to mirror two of the feet on the slicer for them to be symmetric.
