A single can cooler with a retro twist! This 3D printed travel cooler will make you da bomb at any gathering!

**Print Settings**
The Body, Insulation, and Handle detail can be printed without supports. I printed them out at 20% infill with 4 perimeters/shells and it felt rigid.

The Handle needs to be printed upside down with supports (everywhere option). I printed this at 20% infill as well.

**Assembly**
1. The Insulation slides into the Body and is pressure fit together, use super glue if needed.

2. The Handle detail fits into the indent on top of the handle. It will need to be super glued in. You can use a binder clip through the hole in the handle to keep the parts together while gluing. 

3. Once the glue dries you can move onto the next step.

4. Slide the Handle assembly over the Body assembly. The left and right points of the handle will slide over the embossment on the sides of the body. They should automatically press into place when they are positioned right.

Segmented version of my original Pokeball Can Cup design.  Designed as a simple glue together model in four pieces,.  Allows for a full color model using any printer.

I use a .4mm nozzle at a .2mm layer height, 15% infill and print at around 50mm/sec.

Printing Tips:
Prints without supports if your printing can do overhangs well. If in doubt you can add some supports just on the bottom. The rest should print fine without supports on most printers.

These coasters highlight the beauty of the C3 axes of symmetry of the cubic unit cell of four types of minimal surfaces: Schoen’s Batwing Surface, Fischer-Koch C(Y), Fischer-Koch S, and Schoen’s Gyroid Surface. They can also be used to protect your table tops from coffee rings.

A minimal surface can be thought of as a surface that is stretched as tightly as possible within the edges that hold it in place. The shape of a soap bubble that forms within a wire frame is an example of a minimal surface. These coasters are derived from a special kind of minimal surface known as a “triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS),” a minimal surface that can be tiled infinitely in all three directions.
These files are best printed without supports. There are areas of overhang and bridging in which you will get small areas of print failure on the bottom, but it is generally easier to just clean these up afterward than worry about supports. You will want to have your printer well calibrated for bridging.
