The cutter is made for creating tiny cute ear studs from polymer clay. I print them with FDM printer using a strong PLA( ESUN, Sunlu, not metallic)
Here are the settings for a really sharp edge:
Layer height: 0.4mm Wall line count: 1 Top/bottom: 10mm Temperature depends on your filament. Speed: 40 Spiralize outer contour
