Version 2 changes the diameter from 40.46mm to 40mm so it fits into the cannon better.

I designed this round for my potato cannon. It has a diameter of 40mm. You can print this without supports, but you should use a brim, as it is relatively tall. Set the first layer height to 0.35mm (If you're using 0.2mm layer height) to prevent elephant's foot.

The flat bottom round is printed without supports, however, if you want something more aerodynamic you should use the aerodynamic version (print with supports).
