Assembly with BLTouch

MOD head for Flying Bear Ghost 5 with 2 blower fans 4010 for better cooling of the extruded material possibility of mounting support for the installation of BLTouch

Fits original Flying Bear Hotend and PCB Fanducts optimized for correct and efficient cooling of the material The project was designed to be printed without the use of supports (excluding fanducts)

Purchase list necessary for the correct assembly of the head:

[2x] blower fan 4010 (recommended Gdstime model: 24V Ball 12000RPM)

1.3 Allen screwdriver

DIN 7380 screws [4x] M2x5 [4x] M2x10 [2x] M2.5x14

DIN 7991 screws [1x] M2x16 [2x] M2x6 (only for model without BLTouch) [2x] M2x8 (only for model with BLTouch) [2x] M3x8 (only for model with BLTouch)

[2x] M3 nuts (only for model with BLTouch)

Screws removed from the original head:

DIN 912 [2x] M3x5 [2x] M3x10

DIN7380 [2x] M3x15

Tools needed:

1.3 Allen screwdriver

Allen Wrench 2 [included with Ghost 5 printer] Allen key 2.5 [included with Ghost 5 printer] Spade wrench 5,5 [included with Ghost 5 printer] - (only for model with BLTouch)

ATTENTION: the screws are installed on plastic, so DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE SCREWS
