This tile allows one ball to roll through, then traps the next ball. I've also included a version with a hole so that after the first ball goes through, subsequent balls get voided instead of blocked. I have not tested that version yet.
Print one tile base and one flipper, and attach the flipper with an M3 screw.

The Single-Use Void Tile works great, except in one direction – due to the off-centeredness of the hole, the gate blocks the (10mm) ball from dropping through the hole when in one of the possible orientations. Shaving a bit of plastic off the gate is a quick fix, but I would suggest moving the hole about 1mm closer to center.
