Found something like this for sale online but no model to print so I designed one.

This holds the slimmer FasTrak Flex (or CAV) on roof glass using the trim by the mirror.

May work for other cars besides Tesla if the trim has a gap in it. For Tesla it should work for Model 3 and Y at least, probably others.
