My fuel tank cap was cracked and needed a replacement. I decided to do my own. This replaces only the top cap and not the threaded part.

The original had styrofoam inside, (I guess is to make it buoyant in case of loss). I made mine hollow in the slicing software (3mm) and after printing I sealed the venting holes with resin to make is water tight and buoyant.

Finally some pain to make it look better.
