Nimble V1 Kossel effector for magnetic ball joints including Fan Ears

This is an effector for the Kossel Delta printer. It is based on the great work done by Huntley. The only difference here is the fact that the Nimble will fit directly onto the effector and it helps to clamp the E3D V6 hot end.
