I created a P-I-P NEGATIVE SPACE TOLERANCE TEST kit to check clearances for print-in-place models. That kit has a lot of tiny parts. So, Using the results from my NSTT I designed a Print in Place storage box for the kit.

It easily and securely stores the entire kit. Do check out my design for the NSTT as well. and print it once so that you can come to know what clearance values are suitable for your 3D printer.
