I have used a lot of tapes with tape holders but the problem with them is that either the tape holders are cheap in build and break after some time, or some of them are just one-time use and throw.
That is why I have designed my own tape holder which can be easily printed as one part using print-in-place designing.
There are Threads on the Male and Female mount which will help to hold the structure and tape rigidly.
Both, the CAD and STL files have been uploaded.
