Convert inexpensive HTRE 50 "Sewage" Waterpipe to air valve for workshop ventilation system

My personal use case is to open/close pipes and hoses from 3D Printers, Laser and CNC connected to the main ventilation system.

How to: 1 Use the included drill guide model to drill a 4mm hole at the under side of the pipe 2 Cut a 2mm slot at the threading at 90deg 3 Drill or file a 32mm hole in the center of the lid covering the threaded hole 4 Press-fit the "lock" in closed position into the side hole of the pipe, aiming at the 2mm hole at the opposite side. 5 Insert Guidering 6 Insert Bushing 7 screw and tighten Lid 8 insert handle and secure with M5x 40 bolt
