A collection of custom 3D-printable clip-on / snap-on covers designed specifically for the Pebble Time 2.

This is a new much slimmer design that extends protection across the front bezel of the watch. This new version leaves the buttons on the side of the watch completely open, as well as a section of the watch body to show off the watch body colour. It is available in several fitment and appearance options, allowing you to choose the version that best suits your screen-protection setup and preferred amount of bezel coverage.

Screen-protector versions The download includes separate versions for two different Pebble Time 2 setups:

1. Standard / Gadget Wraps Wet-Fit Version

Designed for a Pebble Time 2 with:

• No screen protector
• A thin wet-fit screen protector
• A similarly thin protective film

2. Gadget Wraps - Tempered Glass Version

Designed specifically for a Pebble Time 2 fitted with the thicker 0.33mm thick Gadget Wraps tempered-glass screen protector.

The tempered-glass models provide the additional clearance needed around the raised protector. Do not use the standard version with tempered glass, as the fit and bezel height are different.

Two bezel styles

Each screen-protector version is available in two main bezel styles:

1. Full Bezel

The full-bezel design covers more of the front surface around the display, providing a more substantial protective border and allowing for a wider variety of decorative face designs.

This version is best for anyone wanting:

• More complete front-bezel coverage
• Greater protection around the face of the watch
• More prominent colour combinations

Decorative markers or bezel details

2. Slim Bezel

The slim-bezel design keeps the front border narrower and less visually prominent.

It is primarily intended to protect the exposed edges of the Pebble Time 2 screen or fitted screen protector while leaving more of the original watch face visible.

This version is best for anyone wanting:

• A cleaner and more minimal appearance
• Less coverage across the front of the watch
• Protection focused around the vulnerable screen edges
• A design closer to the original Pebble Time 2 appearance

Face-design options

Each full-bezel and slim-bezel version is planned to include eight different face designs, ranging from a completely plain bezel to versions with markers, corner details, borders and other decorative elements.

The exact design selection may include:

• Plain bezel with no markings
• Full contrasting bezel
• Inner screen border
• Four hour markers
• Four corner details
• Corner and marker combinations
• Left and right accent bars
• Top and bottom arrow details

The designs are separated into clearly labelled folders so you can select the correct:

• Screen-protector fitment
• Full or slim bezel style
• Face design
• STL or 3MF file format

At launch, the tempered-glass folders currently include the:

• Plain design
• Bezel design

Purchasing now gives you access to these additional designs when they are uploaded. You will not need to purchase the product again.

The standard versions for a bare screen or thin wet-fit protector include the wider initial selection of face designs.

Multi-colour printing

Many of the designs are intended to be printed using two colours, allowing the bezel, markers or decorative details to contrast with the main cover body.

Bambu Studio 3MF project files may include:

• Correct model orientation
• Separated colour regions
• Suggested colour assignments

Recommended print settings

Nozzle-specific profiles

Separate STL files are also included for broader slicer compatibility. STL files do not retain colour assignments or print settings, so these will need to be configured manually in your slicer.

Recommended print setup

This design was developed and tested primarily using:

• Material: PLA
• Nozzle: 0.2 mm
• Layer height: 0.08 mm
• Orientation: Face down
• Print speed: Slow, high-quality settings
• Supports: Not normally required

For the best surface finish, detail and snap-fit reliability, I strongly recommend printing with a 0.2 mm nozzle at a 0.08 mm layer height and a smooth print plate similar to the Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack (for best adhesion for the model).

A 0.4 mm nozzle may work with suitably fine and slow settings, but the small snap-fit edges and decorative details are less forgiving. The included 0.2 mm Bambu Studio profile should be considered the recommended version.

Installation

The cover is designed to have a close snap-on fit using the strap groove edges on the top and bottom of the watch.

Instructions:

Slide the one snap-fit edge on the bottom side of the cover over the corresponding side of the watch.

Make sure that side is correctly seated.

Gently stretch the cover across the front of the watch.

Snap the other snap-fit edge into place on the opposite side.

Do not press the entire cover directly down onto the watch from above. Installing it one side at a time reduces stress on the snap-fit edges.

Install and remove the cover carefully. Final strength will depend on your filament, printer calibration, layer adhesion and slicer settings.

Protection notice

This cover is intended to provide light everyday protection around the face and edges of the Pebble Time 2.

It may help protect against minor bumps, knocks and contact with surrounding objects, but it cannot guarantee protection against:

• Drops
• Heavy impacts
• Crushing
• Deep scratches
• Broken screens or protectors
• Damage caused by an incorrectly fitted cover

The slim-bezel version provides less overall front coverage than the full-bezel version. Its main purpose is to protect the vulnerable outer edge of the screen or screen protector while maintaining a more minimal appearance.

PLA heat warning

PLA can soften or deform when exposed to excessive heat.

Do not leave the printed cover:

• Inside a hot vehicle
• On a car dashboard
• In prolonged direct sunlight
• Near a heater
• Anywhere the plastic may become excessively hot

Other materials may work, but fit, flexibility, strength and heat resistance must be tested by the person printing the model.

Compatibility

These files are designed specifically for the Pebble Time 2.

Make sure you select the folder that matches your watch setup:

• Bare screen or thin wet-fit protector
• Gadget Wraps tempered-glass protector

The wrong version may not fit correctly.
