Pebble Time 2 Custom 3D Printable Watch Covers

This download contains STL and 3MF files for my custom Pebble Time 2 snap-on covers.

The designs provide light everyday protection while keeping the original Pebble Time 2 appearance as visible as possible.

I highly recommend downloading the two zip files in the "Other Files" section if you want all the designs.

The files are now organised into two main folders:

Version 2 (Version 2.zip)

This folder contains the original low-profile Version 2 cover and its decorative variations.

These covers protect the outer edge of the watch without extending over the screen.

Included designs:

• Plain — no markings
• 4 Hour Markers
• Coloured Bezel
• Rainbow

Each design includes:

• STL files
• 3MF files

The 3MF files may include separate objects or colour assignments for easier multicolour printing.

Version 2 - Variations (Version 2 Variations.zip) This folder contains the larger design variations that add a lip or raised edge around the screen.

These versions provide more protection around the front edge of the watch and include options for bare screens and Gadget Wraps screen protectors.

1. Minimal Edge Protection (V1)

A narrow lip extends slightly over the edge of the screen or screen protector while keeping the cover relatively slim.

Included options:

• Gadget Wraps Tempered Glass
• Plain — no markings
• Gadget Wraps Wet-Fit Protector or Bare Screen
• Plain — no markings
• 4 Hour Markers
• 4 White Corners
• 8 Hour Markers
• Left and Right Borders
• Rainbow

Each design includes STL and 3MF files.

2. Full Edge Protection (V1)

This design has a wider front lip and provides more coverage around the screen.

Included versions:

Gadget Wraps Tempered Glass:

• STL
• 3MF
• Reference photos

Gadget Wraps Wet-Fit Protector

• STL
• 3MF

3. Raised Bezel

These versions add a raised bezel around the screen rather than covering more of the front face.

Available heights:

• 0.2 mm bezel — intended for a bare screen or Gadget Wraps wet-fit protector
• 0.33 mm bezel — intended to sit approximately flush with the Gadget Wraps tempered-glass protector
• 0.5 mm bezel — raised above the Gadget Wraps tempered-glass protector

STL and 3MF versions are included.

Please note: screen-protector thickness and installation may vary slightly. Feedback is welcome if you test any of these versions.

Which Version should I print?,

Choose Version 2 when you want:

• The original low-profile cover
• No lip extending over the screen
• Decorative or multicolour embellishments

Choose Version 2 Variations when you want:

• More protection around the screen
• Compatibility with a Gadget Wraps screen protector
• A minimal lip, full-width lip or raised bezel

Recommended Print Setup

For the cleanest result, I strongly recommend:

• Print face-down
• No supports
• 0.2 mm nozzle
• 0.08 mm layer height
• Smooth print plate

PLA

PETG has also been tested successfully, although PLA has given me the best overall results.

A 0.4 mm nozzle may work, but the small attachment feet may be less reliable and the surface finish may not be as clean.

Recommended settings and additional notes are included with the download.

INSTALLATION

The cover is designed for a snug snap-on fit and should be installed side-first.

Slide the attachment feet on one side (bottom or top) of the cover into place first. Then gently stretch the opposite side over the watch until the remaining feet snap into position.

Please watch the included installation video before fitting the cover. The video was filmed one-handed, but it demonstrates the intended installation method.

FUTURE UPDATES

Purchasing this download gives you access to future minor updates and additional variations of these designs as they become available.

Major designs that are substantially different from this cover collection may be released separately.
