Menger Sponge 3D Puzzle 🧩 with Magnets 🧲

A print-in-pieces Menger sponge fractal puzzle, assembled with magnets — a satisfying display piece, brain teaser and magnetic desk toy.

What you get

  • 16 print-in-pieces parts

What you need

  • 40 magnets (6x3 mm)

🧲 Magnet placement

  • All magnets of one polarity → holes marked with two small bumps
  • All magnets of the opposite polarity → holes marked with two recesses
  • Following this, every joint attracts correctly

📐 About the model

  • Original Menger sponge cut with Voronoi planes
  • Great as a display piece, fidget and brain teaser

Good to know

  • Magnets are NOT included — you need 40 magnets (6x3 mm)
  • No glue required (glue optional for a permanent build)
  • Do NOT scale the model — the magnet holes would no longer fit the 6x3 mm magnets
  • Mind magnet polarity while inserting (see placement above)
  • Print without supports; pockets are sized for a snug press-fit
