No supports should be needed unless your slicer/printer setup requires them. Make sure your printer is tuned well for print-in-place clearances. After printing, gently work the lever back and forth to free the mechanism. If the mechanism feels tight, lightly flex or carefully clean the moving gap areas. PLA works well, but PETG may give a slightly more durable everyday-use part. A 0.20 mm layer height is a good starting point. Assembly Notes Print the card holder as one fully assembled print-in-place part. Remove it from the build plate. Check the lever gap and clear any small strings or fused spots. Gently move the lever back and forth until it frees up. Add your cards and press the lever to slide them upward.
