Important Details:

It is recommended to print Rosalina using AMS parts, especially for the dress, as the multi-part version does not produce the best results. Printing the eyes and face with AMS will also make assembly much easier. The photos of Rosalina were printed using AMS parts.

If you plan to print the model at the default 100% scale, a 0.2 mm nozzle is highly recommended for the eyelashes, white eyes, blue eyes, black eyes, and eyebrows. If you are printing the smaller parts with AMS, only the eyelashes will require a 0.2 mm nozzle.

Bring the cosmic guardian Rosalina to life with this detailed 3D print. With her elegant design and signature flowing style, this model captures her calm, magical presence while staying fun and easy to assemble. Perfect for display, this build is a must-have for any Mario fan or collector.

Dimensions: At 100% scale, Rosalina stands approximately 9.64 inches (245 mm) tall and Luma stands 2.8 inches (72 mm). Scaling up should work fine, but scaling down may tighten tolerances and make assembly more difficult.

Colors Used: Bambu Basic: White, Black, Turquoise Bambu Matte: Lemon Yellow, Latte Brown, Sky Blue Bambu Silk+: Gold, Red, Blue, Silver Creality Hyper Series: Peach Fuzz (Lips), Skin

Printing Tips: The hair prints as a single piece. Strong supports have been used, with additional supports added around the front hair piece. I haven’t experienced any print failures. If you prefer not to print the hair in one piece, “split hair” alternative is also available.

If you plan to create your own profile, be sure to add extra supports along the sides of the arms, as they dont have much support at default settings.

Assembly Steps • Attach the hands to the white sleeves using the pins, then attach the sleeves to the arms • Insert the three pins into her chest. Before gluing, test fit the arms, collar, and head to ensure everything aligns properly • Attach the left and right arms to the chest over the pins • Attach the left and right white collar pieces • Assemble the face. Be careful when inserting the left eye to avoid damaging the eyelashes • Insert the head into the hair • Glue on the left and right earrings • Attach the head to the body, followed by the silver star on her chest. • Assemble the crown and attach it to her hair • Attach the gold star to the thicker end of the wand, place the wand in her hand, and your build is complete!

That’s it, your build is complete. You’ve now brought the elegant Rosalina and her adorable companion Luma to life. From Rosalina’s flowing starry gown to Luma’s twinkling charm, they’re ready to shine together in your collection. Thank you for printing this model and for supporting Playco3D. I’d love to see your finished print, so don’t forget to share your photos!
