This is a TT120 scale model of a Great Western Railway "Loriot L" wagon (G13). Apart from the wagon itself, the set includes a set of scale 2'9" diameter 8-spoked wheels (you need two, and there are two spares) and a sprue of NEM coupler pockets which glue in a defined rectangular area on the underside of the floor, just behind the headstocks. There are plenty of spares because the pockets can be fragile, especially if the coupler tang is on the large size (they vary). Unlike the similar 2mm:1ft model, this TT120 has brake shoe and V-hanger detail at one end. You may want to add a DC III brake handle, which has been left off the body print because it would be exposed and fragile. I have uploaded a sprue of these as a separate model (at 2mm as well as TT120. The 2mm ones are probably the better size for TT120 if you don't mind the extra fiddliness). When fitting wheels, please be aware that the pinpoint distance inside this model is 18.1 mm maximum unless you drill it deeper. Wheels with pinpoints further apart than 17.8mm may need to be fitted very carefully, including deepening the vertical grooves below the cone sockets (use a fine rat-tail file) which are there to provide clearance when slotting the second end of the axle in. You can also make sure the cone socket is clean to the tip inside using a fine drill (e.g. 0.7mm in a pin vice) but don't drill too far! If you find the wheels drop out when the wagon is handled, put a spot of soft glue in these grooves to block them. Photographed with wheels fitted, and DC3 brake handles and NEM coupler pockets glued on. The pocket mount points need a little filing front and back to fit into the defined areas under the ends of the wagon. Widen the mouth of the NEM pocket using the rat-tail file so that the coupler clicks in with minimum force. You have spares in case you break some, or make them too loose.
