Cooling Testing: In my testing, the integrated fan keeps the AAA batteries just above room temperature during charge and discharge cycles, while also keeping the charger itself cool.

• Without fan: battery temperatures typically read on the screen 45C–50C
• With fan: temperatures drop to an average of read on the screen 30C–33C
