This padlock is fully functional! I really enjoyed designing this padlock, and can be printed completely without AMS or Supports required. You shouldn't need glue either, but if the pins are loose, I recommend scaling just the pins up 5%, or applying a small dab of CA glue only on the pins! If you do use glue, be careful on the top pin that it does not leak onto the T lock part as that will prevent it from working.
