Oversized Mewtwo Pokemon Card - Hueforge Hybrid
Oversized Mewtwo Pokemon card completely 3D printed, and print in place, no assembly required! It is large, at 170mm x 240mm in size. If you have to resize it to fit your printer bed, please only scale the X and Y dimensions, but do not alter the Z dimension, otherwise the layer swaps will be inaccurate.
3MF for the Snapmaker U1 is available as well in the download!
Snapmaker U1 Instructions:
- Please make sure you download the profile specifically for the U1 from the raw files section.
- Load up the black, purple, yellow and white as your starting filaments. A pause has been inserted after the purple is finished printing in the profile. When the printer has paused, swap the purple to pink before resuming the print. Assign the purple and pink to the SAME SPOOL SLOT when setting up the print (For example, A3 for purple and A3 for pink).
Bambu Printer Instructions:
I have included in the profile two plates:
- Plate 1: Fully painted Mewtwo for multi-nozzle printers, or those who don't mind all the colour swaps for a single nozzle printer. This version will take a lot longer on a single nozzle printer (P, X, A series and H2S), but ideal for the H2C. Printing this on the H2D will be an in-between since there will be three colour changes on a single layer when you hit the Mewtwo's eyes.
- Plate 2: Unpainted Mewtwo for manual painting post-print. This will take significantly less time on a single nozzle printer.
If you are using the Makerworld One-Click printing, all settings will have been applied to this print, and you can just hit Print. If you only have ONE AMS (4 colours), please take not of instruction 3. below. Important instructions below, if you are loading the 3MF yourself and do not want to use one-click printing:
Print Instructions:
- The Hueforge portion of the print (0mm - 2.20mm) should be printed at 100% infill, at a 0.08mm layer height with 0.2mm base.
- Mewtwo portion of the print (from 2.20mm to 426.8mm height) should be printed at 20% infill with 5 walls, 5 top and 3 bottom surfaces and at 0.16mm layer height. You can use a layer height modifier to set these settings or edit the per-object settings.
- For printers with only 4 colours available (U1 or only having one AMS available), load up the black, purple, yellow and white as your starting filaments. Insert a pause after the purple is finished printing, and swap the purple to pink before resuming the print. Assign the purple and pink to the SAME AMS SLOT when setting up the print (For example, A3 for purple and A3 for pink)

[ONLY FOR MANUAL PAINTING] Post Processing:
You'll need to paint Mewtwo's eyes yourself but that shouldn't take too much time! I suggest using a paint pen if you're finding it hard to use paint brushes!
The Mewtwo STL itself was obtained uploaded by user Irnkman on Thingiverse!
