Refer to the assembly image. Only the swivel disk neck requires gluing, all other parts are friction fit.
Assembling the swivel disk requires you sandwich the "free" part between the "base" and "cap" parts, gluing them together. Make sure the "free" part can be moved freely while the glue sets.
Make sure to print 2 sets of swivel ball parts for both arms. You'll have a better time assembling the shoulders printing the swivel ball parts with a soft/flexible material.
