6 downloads · 6 months ago · I needed a replacement part for my Ikea bed frame to hold the slats down but they weren't available.
I needed a replacement part for my Ikea bed frame to hold the slats down but they weren't available. I have modeled both the 191315 (screw in style) and 10080990 (keyhole style) version to accommodate for both of the beds I have. The screw in version requires an M4x6 threaded heat insert and a matching M4x8 machine screw.
**Printing instructions: ** It is crucial to print these on their side. I recommend printing these from PETG with 100% infill very slowly while overextruding. This will increase the strength. Here are my recommended settings, tested with Overture PETG: Max speed 20mm/s flow rate 103% 100% infill
