Model Details

This lamp model is made from 5 parts : • Lamp Shade (transparent PETG or clear PLA) • Lamp Base (PLA) • Bulb Diffuser (PLA) • Base Plate (PLA) • Top Cap (PETG or PLA)

Clear PETG (or clear PLA) is recommended for the shade to achieve the glowing, diffused lighting effect.

Filament Requirements: • Base: 375 g • Shade: 330 g • Base Plate: 120 g • Bulb Diffuser: 30 g

Compatible with E27 screw lamp cables.

This model uses Bambu Lab self-tapping screw AA201 (searchable on the Bambu Store). Alternatively, you can use super glue, or choose not to use the base plate at all.

Recommended Print Settings Lamp Base (PLA)

• Nozzle size: 0.8 mm • Layer height: 0.56 mm • Outer wall width: 2 mm • Mode: Spiral/Vase • Print speed: 8 mm/s • Overhang speed: 2 mm/s • Bottom shell layers: 3 • Print orientation: Upside down • Estimated print time: ~11 hours

Lamp Shade (Transparent PETG or Clear PLA)

• Nozzle size: 0.8 mm • Layer height: 0.56 mm • Outer wall width: 2 mm • Top surface width: 1.1 mm • Mode: Spiral/Vase • Print speed: 5 mm/s (important for transparency) • PETG temperature: 240c • Bottom shell layers: 5 • Print orientation: Upside down

Bulb Diffuser (PLA)

• Nozzle size: 0.8 mm • Layer height: 0.56 mm • Outer wall width: 1 mm • Mode: Spiral/Vase • Print speed: 15 mm/s • Bottom shell layers: 3

Base Plate (PLA)

• Nozzle size: 0.4 mm • Layer height: 0.2 mm • Print speed: 100 mm/s • Bottom shell layers: 5 • Print orientation: Upside down • Bridge flow: 1 • Bridge speed: 8 mm/s • Infill: Print solid for best results

Top Cap (PETG or PLA)

  • Note that this part may require slight scaling by 0.2-1% due to printer variation, as it is a press fit part.

• Nozzle size: 0.8 mm • Layer height: 0.32 mm • Print speed: 15 mm/s • Bottom shell layers: 10 • Infill: Print solid for best results

Hello! Love this design. Where can I find the rectangular lampshade for this lamp? I see that you've the circular one available. Also, do the instructions in this page apply to the circular lampshade? Thanks! :)

I have the same question - I cannot seem to find the rectangular lampshade.

You should be now able to find both Circle and Square shades. The square shade is too large to host on Thangs, so please refer to the Google Drive link in Super Pleaty Instructions .Let me know if you have other questions :)
