- Filament: Bambulab PLA Matte red, white, green (used in our makes)
- Infill: 8% Gyroid or Grid
- Layer Height: 0.2mm
- Walls: 2
- Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
- Support Structure: Needed for the hat
- Brim: None needed, but when you have adhesion problems than activate the brim
REALISTIC SURFACE SETTING (HAT) To achieve the most realistic surface, use different Fuzzy Skin values for each part. Here’s a proven setup (Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer):
- Fuzzy Skin: Contour
- Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.30 mm
- Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.1

Great design! I just can't bring myself to printing out the hat because the flush filament is several times that of the actual hat. I ended up changing the ball to red and then painted it white after I printed it out. If you ever make changes to this model then maybe you can drop the ball down to the same level of the white rim so there isn't so much flushed filament. Thanks again!
Also a Solution to Reduce the Filament purge additionaly. Do You have a Picture? ☺️
