We are having trouble printing the design we purchased from you (Angled pen case/stencil/phone stand). The stencil tool is too thin for 3D printing, and the phone stand hinge is too weak and failed to print properly. We have attempted to fix the phone stand ourselves, as you can see in the attached pictures. To ensure a better result, could you please provide the STEP files for the design? We would like to make some necessary revisions to improve the printability and durability of the parts.
