The EWR MK1 Work Rig is a 4WD RC rock crawler that reimagines the bold spirit of 1940s vintage trucks with modern crawling performance. Built on a coil-spring suspension platform, it features a tall, commanding engine bay, signature overfenders, and a retro sun visor that complete its rugged silhouette.

The newly designed chassis offers multiple shock mounting points, allowing for flexible suspension tuning to suit your terrain and driving style—from precise control to extreme crawling. The steering wheel can be mounted on either the left or right side, and with optional parts, a functional steering system can be implemented for added realism.

Practical details are thoughtfully integrated. The cargo bed hatches and doors are fully openable, while the hood is secured with thumb screws to keep the battery safely enclosed even if the vehicle flips during off-road driving. Expansion options include a dedicated bracket for installing a sound module, and two sizes of battery trays. The smaller tray lowers the center of gravity and creates space to mount additional electronics like sound modules.
