This is cool! Forgive my ignorance, why use supports? Could you just print on its "back" side?
You could orient it that way in your slicer. All the orignal Multiboard ones are oriented the way this is. I think because there is a bit of pulling force from the tiles.
I have to second this... not only does printing with supports complicate the print and waste plastic, it orients the print so that the layer lines will cause splitting on the screw holes when mounted to the wall, which would be totally avoided by printing it "normally" on its back.

It would be 3 normal B parts. This model basically just joins a dual and an single into one object...
