Lindwurm Dragon - Fidget Dragon - Ludo
The Lazy Lindwurm
This Fidget Lindwurm dragon is designed to be printed with no supports. All the joints articulate right off the build plate.
Printing This print requires a multi-color printer (unless you want to hand-paint the model). Use the included Easy Print File for the pre-colored model to make printing easier!
Print at 0.2mm layer height. Use adaptive layers to get a smoother top surface on the belly and face. For a higher quality feeling print, print at 20-25% infill.
Magnet Version This Model also includes a magnet version. Glue magnets into the cavities on the underside of the model. 5mm x 3mm Magnets

it would be nice if it hade back legs
Hi! Lindwurms don't have back legs. Our water dragon has 4 legs though!
Love this print, however I had a lot of printer poop waste with it. Any workarounds for that?
Hi! When printing in multicolor, there will always be some waste, but there are a couple of ways you can help reduce it. One option is to adjust your filament flushing volumes, and another is to flush into purge objects. Both can make a difference, though they can be a little tricky, so it’s worth doing a bit of research before diving in.
You could also have some fun printing it in a single color and then hand painting it—this can give you a lot of creative freedom with the final look!
Thank you!!
File unfortunately doesn't work in PrusaSlicer- Error (Invalid 3MF format) while parsing '3D/3dmodel.model' at line 26
Hi Krista, would an STL file work?
Hi, I'm sorry you're having issues opening the file in PrusaSlicer. The file should have no issues opening in Bambu Studio if you'd like to give that slicer a try. It supports a lot of printers, not just Bambu printers. You can download it here: https://bambulab.com/en-us/download/studio
