This is a headlight bracket used to mount a 5.75 led headlight using the original mounting points. I decided to let v1 come with it since the v1 doesn't have as much model specific customization for anyone doing this to the same bike i recommend using v2.

I recommend using some 2k epoxy glue, you sand the inside of the bracket and the outside of the headlight ,the bracket should slide snug over the headlight. the mounting tabs can be pretty fragile so i recommend printing it with 100% infill, the tabs i wish i could have made more sturdy but the lack of space doesn't allow it.

Step by step After printing.

1 Sand both surfaces. 2 Test fit the bracket and make sure the orientation is right (use common sense). 3 Apply the glue and press the bracket onto the headlight. 4 Install the light into the housing like the original.

Note: You might need to grind off some nubs and little protrusions off the led headlight for the bracket to fully seat. I also recommend trying to print just a few mm tall circle to test fit since clearances may differ from printer to printer.
