Columbia Coatings Omega Flashlight Attachment/Mount

This is a flashlight mount for Columbia Coating's Omega 3 powder coating gun. Slides right onto the end of the gun. Here's the hardware I used to make this work. Magnets are attached to both sides by the nozzle. This works well with the magnets I used, as there's not as much polarization on the back of them and so the powder doesn't come out funny like you might expect. There are recessed areas in side of where the nozzle goes to use nuts to hold the magnets on. I used 10-24 screws/nuts, but obviously use what works for you. The hole for the flashlight is .98" in diameter, so if you have a flashlight around that, it'll likely work. The flashlights linked are 1", so it grabs it well. Printed on my X1C, with standard settings (20% infill) If you printed it the way I printed it (with the width of the magnet in z), I would use tree supports to make sure the top edge doesn't sag at all and the magnet fits in the cutout. I made mine out of PLA, but you can likely use just about anything.

I've also attached my project (.3mf) for those of you who are on Bambu Labs printers.
